Your membership includes a dedicated virtual Member Assistant (MA). You'll work with your MA on a one-to-one basis, submitting requests directly to this person via text messaging. Your MA will grow to know you, your business, and your display preferences.

Member Assistants understand that life gets busy, or technology just may not be your thing. It can also be tricky knowing what kind of information should be used for marketing. That's where Member Assistants step in. Our goal as a team of Member Assistants is to be sure that your business is documented for Internet search within your community and beyond.

Our team will create a marketing landing page (also known as a Traffic Catcher System). Your Traffic Catcher System (TCS) page will then be extended to include a product and services catalog. We will create these extensions for you and provide continuous support updating the pages and catalogs. You will also receive a user-friendly mobile app, a keyword text prospecting system, reporting, and even a conservative monthly cash value report that will detail the return on your overall Chamber membership investment.

What can a Member Assistant do?

• Accept your new setup request that will start your formal organization onboarding process*
• Research your online information and develop a powerful Traffic Catcher System landing page for you
• Curate color scheme, logos, photos, and more to display your business in our Membership Directory and Business Catalog
  
• Add any additional details (i.e. about how your business may be going green to reduce waste, etc.)
• Create a one-time-use local golden ticket that is tied to its own texting keyword and number that the member may advertise to grow their business
• Create a beautiful services and/or products catalog for professionals, trades persons, service providers, and stores
• Create a user-friendly landing page promoted via your own keyword that you can add to your business cards and advertising
• Interested prospects will be sent to the member's phone and email so they can immediately contact them
• Aside from members having a beautiful display catalog that will help with local and national search, they will also have a customer reference catalog that their Member Assistant will help them create to improve overall prospect trust.
